Thank You in 2009

This page is dedicated to those many people, like yourself who have made donations to aid in our rescue efforts. On behalf of the dogs who cannot speak for themselves and the rescue, I want to thank you for your support, without you we would not be able to  help the mill dogs.

To Our Supporters,

During these difficult economic times, your generous donations mean even more to us and those dogs we save.

Polly the young Yorkshire Terrier went back for a 2nd follow up to the University of Pennsylvania. She has finally been discharged with a clean bill of health and her surgeon is so pleased with the success of her surgery for Atlantoaxial Instability. She can now become the pup she has always been meant to be.

Billy  the senior pug continues to do well despite his blindness and arthritis. Emmy and Abby are thriving despite cardiac conditions.

Sonny and Cher the beagle pups both suffered with severe cases of parvovirus but thanks to YOU they survived and are beginning to thrive and do well. They would have succumbed to this deadly virus if not for the intensive medical intervention Puppymillrescue was able to seek for them.

Mrs. Beasley  the senior Bichon had to have one eye removed due to acute glaucoma and has also had a malignant mammary tumor which was removed in the spring. This was the 3rd mammary surgery for this poor but fortunate little girl. She is doing extremely well.

Maggie the senior Yorkie continues to suffer from a chronic and resistant infection in her bladder and this cannot be arrested but is being controlled with maintenance antibiotic injections and regular lab work. She also suffers from liver disease and is being maintained with medication and special diet.

Rory  the poodle walks and even tries to run but he has neurological problems that are permanent and he will most likely never have a normal gait.

Chee Chee , Chihuahua, although elderly, loves her new life and is blossoming in her wonderful foster home.

At least 2 dentistries have been needed this month and the list goes on. Our dogs have numerous health issues that need constant attention.

We are only able to provide these medical and health services due to your caring and generous donations. We are a 501C3 non profit organization. We have no paid employees and we operate on donations and fund raisers.

It is difficult to express our great appreciation to those of you who support the mill dogs.

We cannot do it without you. Puppymillrescue thanks you on behalf of all of our dogs and their caretakers.

Thank you very much for all you do to help us fulfill our mission.

Most Sincerely,

Jeannine McCollum On behalf of the Board of Directors

March 2009 $500 of your donations helped with vet bills for little one this week.

UPDATE! We want to send out a HUGE thank you to PuppyMillRescue for sending a generous donation toward Willie's fund. Willie's older brother Buster list his fight and we are damned if we will let Willie lose too!

Lisa,
We on the board of PMR are so glad we could help . We admire your code of ethics and we strive to do the same. We look forward to the updates.
