She was straining to pass this huge bladder stone!.......

This is our little Acacia (A-Kay-Cee-A).  I would say that she is about 7 - 9 years old.  Acacia weighed in at 3 pounds.  When she was surrendered from the mill, she weighed 4.1 pounds.  So she has lost over a pound in 2 weeks.   Acacia was severely infested with lice when she was surrendered.  So infested that she has sores on her from them.  She is currently still under treatment for the lice.  She is very under weight.  But throughout everything, she has not complained.

When we had her x-rayed to try to determine why she was loosing weight, it was discovered that she had a huge bladder stone ( the size of a Robins Egg!) and would need immediate surgery.  They removed the stone yesterday and it is being sent out to determine what type it was.  So she will most likely need to be on special food for bladder stones.
