Jewel is home.........
Jewel just  released from the mill.

I have been in my forever home for 2 months now and I love it.
I love my forever mommy so much.  She is always laughing at me and says how cute I am especially when I do my special little dance for my treat.  She also loves it when she picks me up and I give her my special kisses.

One day I was in the car and we were riding to petsmart and my silly brother Buddy tried to do the special dance that I remembered from that awful place.  I didn't like that very much but mommy told me not to worry because I will never have any babies again so I can never be hurt when they are taken away from me.  I sure do wonder where they are some times.  I hope they have a home like mine and are getting spoiled rotten just like me.

Mom says I'm the prettiest little peke girl and I smell so good now that I got my bath.  I love getting baths.  Once I get out I'm off for the races.  I chase my bro Buddy and sis Mishu around.  I love them a lot too.

Well, I better go so I can play.

Well, it has been 3 months since I brought my precious Jewel home. She is an absolute Jewel hence her name. She is doing great on the potty training. Only a few accidents here and there. Her personality has really blossomed especially in the last week. It feels so great to watch a puppymill rescue blossom in to the dog they should be. Last night was so special and I will remember that day for the rest of my life. I was holding Jewel and she fell asleep right in my arms. It was the best feeling. She has truly enriched my life and I can't imagine life without her. She has made me look at things in a new light. Everything I look at I imagine myself as if I were seeing, smelling, hearing, touching as if it were the first time. For her it is for the first time. I love watching her reaction to new things. It always warms my heart and I have a huge smile on my face.

Thank you again PMR for allowing me to adopt my "heart" baby Jewel.
Hugs and noselicks,
