Trinket's Story
Copy_of_Male54-1.jpg (16369 bytes)
The day after I was rescued, I was just #48 then
Hi my name is trinket,  And I just want to tell you a little bit about me,.
I spent 5 years of my life in a cage, I had lots of babies, but they  were
all taken from me, I hope they had good lives somewhere. I used to sit on the
cold wires and just wish that I could die, the people never fed me enough, and
I was always hungry, my teeth hurt because I never had anything to chew on or
to make them stay healthy, and no one ever held me and told me I was special,
or petted me and told me I was loved, I just had babies and more babies.
Then one day after a lot of confusion, The nice lady Gail told me I was
going to a forever home, and she gave me a bath, and put a pretty pink collar
on me and took me to a big silver and white stork that took me to a place
called Florida, and there I met my forever mommies, and my forever home.
I have a little sister named Tippy Toes, she is bigger than me but I am
older ,and she is funny she carries these things called toys around in her
mouth, and tries to get me to carry them, she is always bringing them to me
and laying them in my bed, but I have never had a toy and I am not sure if I
want one yet.
I do know that it  feels so good to be held and petted and told how
precious I am, and I have food everyday, and my very own bed.
I get to go every week to some place new, I have a big house to come home
to and I have a big truck to sleep in when we go away, I get to see real trees
and green grass under my peddies, and I am starting to smell things again,
living in those cages you forget to smell cause the smell is not very nice,
but I am learning , and everything smells so good, this must be,,,life...
My mommies tell me this is what life is about, food, and hugs, and love, and
my little sister, and people to tell me how cute I am, and, and I  wish I
could have had this all my life, but at least I will have it for now and
forever as long as I live, and they tell me I will never have to see a cage
again, or have my little paddies cut by the wires, and never go hungry, and
never ever have to have another baby and hear it cry when they take it away ,
cause now it is My turn, and they say I deserve  to be loved, and ya know
what ,,,,I don't know what deserved means ,,,but I do know that even though I
have to go get my teeth all pulled out, cause they are rotten from the bad
people at that bad place, I sure like what comes with that word  Deserve, and
I hope they never stop cuddling me and kissing' on me and telling me how much
they love me, It is sure nice....thanks Puppy mill Rescue for my forever home
and
for my mommies, and li"l sister.........:) Trinket
